Rick Martin is the Head Elder of a Carson City Evangelical Church in Nevada. As a former Law Enforcement Officer, Firefighter / Paramedic and a retired Fire Chief, Rick has spent most of his adult life dealing with emergencies and crisis situations. He is currently a Professional Safety and Security Consultant assisting businesses and faith based organizations with training and program development in regards to safety and security.

Rick is a lay preacher and a published author with books on spiritual faith, western history and personal safety. He is a frequent contributor to multiple publications as a guest commentator.
IWhen it comes to ministry there are things that are important and there are things that are urgent. As we enter into and by God’s grace withstand the trials that are sure to come in these stressful times of earth’s history, the Holy Spirit will lead us in determining the priorities we as Christian leaders assign. We encourage you to consider as urgent, the need to be both spiritually prepared and practically prepared to protect the precious flock God has assigned to us. Safety and Security training is trust building, faith confirming, and fear repelling as we affirm our belief that God is in control.
